Be'ad Chaim is a registered Israeli non-profit pro-life organization, led by National Director Sandy Shoshani and based in Jerusalem. It has worked with mothers and children in Israel since 1988. It aims to end abortion in Israel through alternatives, pregnancy counseling, practical help and education.
Women in crisis pregnancies call a hotline and are paired with a local counselor in one of 12 regions. Through Operation Moses, mothers receive a baby bed, stroller, bathtub and monthly gift cards for a year. It also offers post-abortion counseling and shelter for homeless mothers. Its Gardens of Life memorial lets families plant a tree after miscarriage, abortion or infant loss. Weekly prayer meetings are held in Jerusalem, Tel Aviv and Tiberias.
