Christian Friends of Israel (CFI Jerusalem)

Christian Friends of Israel (CFI Jerusalem) is a Christian ministry based in Jerusalem, co-founded by Ray and Sharon Sanders. It began in December 1985 at Latrun, when representatives from several nations asked the Sanders to open a coordinating office. It exists to comfort and support the people of Israel and to inform Christians worldwide of God's plans for Israel.

CFI runs practical outreach projects in Israel, including war relief and a Jerusalem bridal salon lending donated gowns and suits since 1990. It teaches the church's responsibility toward the Jewish people and publishes For Zion's Sake magazine. CFI holds that Jesus is Israel's Messiah, though its support for Israel does not depend on accepting that belief. Affiliate representatives operate in other countries.
