About

Christian Friends of Israeli Communities (CFOIC Heartland) is a Christian organization that links churches, ministries and individuals with Jewish communities in Judea and Samaria. It was founded in 1995 as a Christian response to the Oslo Accords. It holds that Judea and Samaria are central to God's plan for the people of Israel. Sondra Oster Baras serves as international president, with offices in Israel and the United States.

Supporters can "adopt" a community, pray for residents, join tours and fund projects. These cover children and teens, community development, people with disabilities, emergency and security needs, families in need and seniors. Seasonal campaigns include bomb shelters, Sukkot food vouchers and tree planting. It produces a weekly Torah portion video series.
