House of Victory (Beit Nitzachon)

House of Victory, or Beit Nitzachon, is a Bible-based residential rehabilitation center for men with backgrounds of substance abuse. It is located in Haifa on Mount Carmel and directed by Eric Benson. David and Karen Davis founded it in 1991, after the first Gulf War. It describes itself as Israel's first such center.

The program is free of charge and serves Jewish and Arab men, many formerly homeless. A first stage of nine months to a year combines supervised home life, practical work, Bible study and recreation. A second stage supports re-entry through outside jobs and study. The ministry holds to a "one new man" vision of Jews and Arabs reconciled in Yeshua. Carmel Congregation began at House of Victory.
