Maurice Sklar Ministries

Maurice Sklar Ministries is the traveling music and healing ministry of violinist Maurice Sklar and his wife Carolyn, a worship dancer. Sklar was born in New Orleans to a Russian-Jewish family and began playing violin at age four. He graduated from the Curtis Institute of Music and did graduate study at Juilliard. He taught violin at Oral Roberts University from 1990 to 2003.

The couple minister through worship, healing and deliverance in Israel, America, Europe and other nations. The ministry describes its aim as restoring classical music as worship in Jewish and Christian settings. It also offers prophetic updates and music releases to subscribers. Based in Bradenton, Florida, the Sklars are members of Christian Retreat Family Church and have traveled in full-time ministry since 1991.
