Congregation Beth Shalom is a Messianic Jewish congregation in North Augusta, South Carolina. It gathers every Saturday at 11:00 a.m. for Shabbat services, which are also streamed live. The service is liturgical, and Shabbat is kept as a time for rest, worship and fellowship.
The congregation holds that Yeshua is the Messiah of G-d Almighty and that He taught and lived by Torah as it is written. It affirms the whole Bible, Tanach and Brit HaDasha, as the infallible and authoritative Word of Adonai. Teaching Torah sits at the center of its mission. Beth Shalom aims "to live a Torah-centered life and obediently follow G-d Almighty's instructions." Members research, study and discuss the entire Bible in order to live it out in practice.
Isaiah 56:7 frames the community's vision: a house of peace where people of all nations worship God together and live a Yeshua-centered life. Children are included in everything, and anyone may join in the singing, dancing and worship.
